We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Yes, you may reschedule your event one time without penalty, provided you notify us at least 14 days in advance and the new date is within 6 months of your original booking. Subject to availability.

Jolie Studio can accommodate up to 50 guests comfortably. This capacity applies to both the indoor and combined indoor/outdoor spaces. We find this size perfect for intimate, memorable celebrations.

Absolutely! We welcome your personal touches and preferred vendors. If you choose the Venue Only package, you're free to bring your own décor, caterer, photographer, and DJ. We simply ask that all vendors are professional and insured. For our Venue + Décor and Wedding packages, we provide comprehensive décor, but you can still add personal items.

We have a prep kitchen available for caterers with refrigeration and warming capabilities. While we don't have a full commercial kitchen, our space is perfect for plated meals, buffets, and light food preparation. We can recommend trusted local caterers familiar with our venue.

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for weekend dates. However, we often have availability for events with shorter notice. Contact us to check current availability for your desired date.

All rentals include: tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, basic sound system, WiFi, climate control, dedicated event coordinator, setup and breakdown time, and access to both indoor and outdoor spaces (weather permitting).

Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. We're also easily accessible by subway (B/Q trains) and have several nearby parking garages for your convenience.

Yes! We encourage site visits. Please contact us to schedule a private tour. During your visit, we'll walk you through the space, discuss your vision, and answer any questions you may have.

We do not allow smoking indoors, glitter, confetti, or anything that could permanently damage the space. Music must end by 11 PM out of respect for our neighbors. We're happy to discuss any specific needs or concerns during your consultation.
